I really like books, and being a vegan. I'm trying to learn how to cook things sometimes they taste like garbage, but somethings I am getting pretty good at. Sometimes I play music that sounds like a spaceship, and sometimes when I'm by myself I play songs that sound like a very sad teenager. I have a whole lot of friends that I love a whole whole lot. I really like to read and watch things about time travel, and space.

Hi There! I am a easy going type of guy here. I don't usually dress up or gel my hair or anything like that. I like things to be causal. With that said, the idea of online dating or meeting someone on a blind date is a bit daunting to me. I rather think about it as making friends. I take things slowly, and I like to build long lasting relationship, which could include friendship.

I am a very straight forward type of guy who tells facts the way they are. People get to know me well in a relative short time because of that and partially because I am very consistent. As i mentioned, i am not looking for anything superficial; the personality counts more to me. Professionally, I'm a graphic designer. Personally I'm a very politically active libertarian (of the Jeffersonian mold) both on and off the Internet; I read a lot, mostly science fiction, horror, and non-fiction (history, politics, and science for the most part); and I'm a huge movie fan (most genres, though I dislike urban films with a passion). I have cats, but no children (and don't want any, thank you).

My idea of a good time can range from seeing a good movie to flea marketing to antique shopping to visiting historic sites to target shooting to Harley rallies. Yes, I have tattoos and I like them on others; my only piercings, however, are my ears and that's likely to stay the case.

I'm an atheist myself, but have no problem with agnostics, pagans, or the "spiritual" non-religious types.

Finally, I have to admit it (as if the science fiction and the science reading didn't give you something of a clue), I'm just a little bit of a geek. I'm an astronomy and cosmology nut, and will happily discuss engineering, paleontology, Star Trek and the like all day. (For those who want to know just how "bad" it is, let me just say that I actually think engineer, mathematician, and physicist jokes are hysterical.)

I'm quiet (or not) depending on who I'm around and where we're at. I can be crazy on occasion, and I'm a self-proclaimed dork. I'm generally pessimistic, a flaw I suppose, but that's just how it is, and I have not yet found it in me to change it. I'm probably "emo," but who isn't at some point? In all honesty, I lead a pretty boring life in the grand scheme of things. I go to school and go to work. Everything beyond that consists of family and - on occasion - friends. I can be funny, even if it's cheesy or vulgar, and I like making people laugh and smile. I tend to worry too much. It's really a bad habit that I just can't seem to break, and it makes me stress when I don't need to. I absolutely adore music and singing, and nature would probably be what I worshipped, if I worshipped something. I'm not a religious person, although I love reading up on Wicca and Paganism out of interest and curiosity.

I guess to put it simply I am an extroverted yet shy person. I love sitting around people and just having a random conversation about nothing in particular, but at the same time I like the people around me to be able to hold up their end of the bargain. I'm a compassionate and honest person (although sometimes my honesty gets me into trouble). I have many hobbies that vary according to my mood at the time. I'm artistic and I love to sing... (Not always off-key), and I've always had a deep profound love for nature and can be completely at peace just sitting outside.

I am myself, and I am the worst person you could find to define what that is - nobody is ever a good judge of their own character. That said, I believe myself to be an intelligent, generally affable guy who is largely content with his lot. I mostly do what I like and mostly like what I do, and am usually good for excellent wordplay or non-sequiturs.

Truth be told, Flint was like my China and Sandusky was my City of Gold... the Land of Oppurtunity if you will.. I left the slums for tourists. Obviously, if you live here.. it worked out for me pretty much the same way it did for the chinamen. Least they had work though, right? haha

I sit here now a new woman. I'm trying to get on my own feet and stop using my dad as a leaning post. I want to have a place of my own instead of living with my roommates (one of whom is the ex) and have a silly crazy puppy to spoil to pieces.

Currently I have no job, but being new to the city I suppose that is expected. I'll be starting at Cedar Point for my third year this coming April ('09) and I swear it will be my last. I won't let myself become a lifer. By the end of the summer i'm hoping to have another job, and enough money to get a little apartment that I can call home.

I spend alot of my time walkin' the streets of Sandusky. Yeah, I walk because my car just recently started makin' new noises that I don't like, and my tax return hasn't come in yet so I can't buy a bicycle to ride round on. I hang out alot down by Shoreline, mostly because when I'm there I feel like i'm on another planet. There was nothing like that in Flint.

I'd like to go back to school too, but there are many areas that interest me and really I don't know what I want to do when I "grow up". I just recently turned 22 years old and am still discovering myself. My heart pulls me in many different directions, from Hospitality work, to Customer Service, to Renaissance Faire lifer, to Web Designer, to Scenic Painter, to Stage Manager, to therapist, to Social Worker and to Photography.

So if one of you can add that up and tell me what I should do with myself, lemme know. Until then, i'll learn as much as I can in all of the above areas and do with them what I am able.

The most important thing is that I have two kids; a son in the army, just back from Iraq, and a daughter in college. I don't ever know what to say in these things. I'm married but things are being a bit interesting right now so we're in an open sort of relationship. I'm just your average run of the mill guy. I am a truck driver. I stay around here most of the time. In my spare time My brother and I have a farm to take of. I have a motorcycle that I like to go ride and relax on after a hard day of bieng in the truck. I am a caring guy. I always think things out ahead of time to try to safe some head aches in life. I am the type of person that would do anything for anybody but it always seems that I am the nice guy that finshes last.

I like to consider myself to be original, but statistically this is improbable. One of my favorite hobbies is yoyoing. Although i'm not that good it gives my hands something to do, which is beneficial since i quit smoking 6 months ago. I have recently become vegan for a number of reasons. One being that I have seen way to many documentaries on slaughter houses for me to be reasonably ignorant of the horrors that happen in those places. Second being it reduces the amount of fatty foods available to eat by a lot which is helpful since I am trying to lose weight. And lastly because it is better for the environment in a number of ways. the biggest problem with being a vegan isn't not eating the things that I used to love, but that eating vegan is really expensive comparatively. That doesn't help my non existent money problem.

I guess I have been doing some major self reflection and improvement this past year. I have quit smoking, lost 70 pounds, and hard at work on my education. I guess I have just been putting these things off way too long. I woke up one day and was 23 years old with nothing to show for it. I guess we all have to grow up someday.
