A Preble County prosecutor has been sentenced to prison after an investigation revealed that he stole more than $200,000 from several residents while acting as their financial guardian, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced today. The presiding judge of the Ohio Supreme Court has called on lawyers across the state to offer free legal aid to victims of Hurricane Harvey. A Muskingum County judge has struck two cases off the list of lawyers who have rejected a $1.5 million settlement in a divorce case between two Sandusky County divorce lawyers and their clients. Ohio Attorney General Mike De Wine announced today that he has found that a Preston County attorney stole money while working as a financial watchdog for several elderly and disabled residents.
